What identity documents are needed for opening an online trading account?
As a part of our regulatory framework, we are required to verify every account holder we have. If you have not yet done so, we kindly request you to provide the identification documents for us to verify your identity.
Proof of Identification (including a government-issued photo)
• International travel passport;
• Government-issued national identity card.
ID Selfie(s) (a photograph of yourself holding your identification proof)
Letters, numbers and photos on your ID must be clear and uncovered. If you are applying the account with your passport, you will need to provide ONE selfie with the passport personal information page; If you are applying the account with other types of ID documents, you will need to provide TWO selfies with the ID for both front and back.

• Government-issued national/state/province identity card; or
• Military ID card.

Proof of Bank Account
Financial statement issued by your bank.
• Utility bill; or
• Property ownership document or lease agreement; or
• Other document issued by government or public enterprises and financial institution which shows full address od residency.
Please note: if you want to deposit/withdraw using credit card, you will also need to provide these two additional documents:
1. A scan copy of both the front and back side of your card. For security purposes we recommend that you cover all digits except the last 4 on the front side of the card. All other details must be clear and visible and your card must be signed.
2. Your bank letter showing the online transaction.

How can I update my personal information?
If there has been any change to your personal circumstances, personal details or your residency, please contact us at: [email protected].
We may require proof of the change in details, such as a new proof of address if you have moved house.
